Nason so graciously chose me. As I listened to his absolutely sigma blog, I noticed a misinterpretation. He said my brain was all about dragons and beef with Nuala. It is not. It is in fact, not there.
I wanted to sit in the big boy seat but was denied. Miri and I went up for Creatober, and both of us slayed. Sage asked if she could sing brainrot. She did an amazing job (totally not biased because it is brainrot). Apparently time did goofy things and W8 was skipped for GQQL/S.
During GQQS we talked about adjectives and adverbs. We also discussed that good is an adjective and well is an adverb. There was some confusion about this, but we understood the topic. The quote was, "Experience is not what happens to you; it is what you do with what happens to you." -Aldous Huxley.
We talked about what this British Author meant, and the summary of the students that spoke was that, "Comprehension and experience is how one reacts or learns from a certain event, not the event itself." Marcel's comment was saying how Nason would have punched him in the face. I would give that event a 10% chance of happening.
The question was, "How should parents handle a bad report card or a child's mistake?" The class discussed that building understanding is the way to go as a parent, and yelling only works about 20% of the time. We also had a poll and discussion weather taking away things worked and decided that it just makes the child learn more sneaky habits. After a long time discussing and just writing the title of the song down, the bell rang and I realized I had forgot to write a few lines on this blog. At the beginning of the next day, I wrote the final lines, and then I passed it on to the next person, Daniel. I chose him because its his birthday today.
