We started off the day with looking at Nason's blog, and he did very awesome. Then, everyone pulled out School Trip to review it. We're gonna start our Reading Journal today.
We write about what's happening in School Trip and, once again, Ezra has a lot to say. Then, we discuss the references in the books New Kid, Class Act, and School Trip.
Now we're talking about Jordan's dad's gray outfit and if it's as bad as Jordan makes it seem to be. (It reminds me of cement). We quickly go over the car ride scene to the mall with Jordan and his mom. After that we transition into Ashley being careless for people's names or even existence, which isn't very nice :(.
For the majority of the class we just continue talking about the rest of the book.

Now we are starting our English Notes. I'm excited because Ms. Nakada said we get to analyze song lyrics :)!
Ms. Nakada asks for an example of a proper noun and Jonah says, "Daniel Morgan." which makes Daniel go, "what?" It was pretty funny but almost no one laughed :(.
Class is going to end soon so we start packing up. It was a good period, I hope others feel that way.
