Quick write tomorrow!
Everyone walked in and started taking down the chairs from the desks. As everyone settled in, Ms. Nakada took roll. Everyone began to write down the agenda and homework for today, September 5, 2024. After that, Madeleine read her blog out loud to the whole class. She then had to decide who would write the blog next, but she couldn't decide so she made a random choice. She chose me, Blace to write the blog next.
After I was chosen, Ms. Nakada said that for about ten minutes will do independent reading. While we were reading Ms. Nakada asked each one of us what book we read last night and how many pages. Ms. Nakada announced we were finished reading. Everyone closed their books while Ms. Nakada turned on the projector to show us what to write in our notebooks. We all turned our pages to page six to write about A.C.E. She explained how the A in A.C.E means the answer, the C means cite, and the E means the Explanation. Also that the full A.C.E writing would only be three sentences long.
Ms. Nakada then told each one the tables had to write an A.C.E about School Trip. She then told us to take out a poster paper from the table folder and to start writing our A.C.E's. Every table was supplied with papers having the options to write about. Each one of the tables chose their makers to write with when writing our A.C.E's. All the tables had an assigned chapter and started planning on how they are going to do their assignments. Everyone started working on their posters while the end of class was under ten minutes away.
Ms. Nakada stopped us while working to tell us to pack up because there were only several minutes of class left. Everyone packed up and waited for the bell to ring for Ms. Nakada to release us.
