Start of Class

    As students started hustling into the classroom, everyone started copying the agenda for today. After that, Cielle presented her blog that she wrote yesterday. Then, Ms. Nakada asked, "Who ever didn't do the blog yet, raise your hand." I raised my hand. I could hear people say, "Pick Sadie, pick Sadie." Cielle then asked if I wanted to do the blog and I said, "Ok." Then, as I got comfortable in the bloggers chair, Ms. Nakada told us that we got ten points. Some people made suggestions do get something else besides pizza. Caidyn asked if we could get crumble cookies. Then, Solomon asked if we could get Costco hot dogs. After that, we made are way into silent reading.

Middle of Class (Readers Workshop)

After silent reading we started talking about the book that we are reading in class, The Outsiders. We left off at chapter five after Ponyboy and Johnny settled in the church. We were discussing that the boys were getting supplies like books, food, and playing cards. Everyone was also talking about the scene when Johnny was cutting off Ponyboy's hair. In the book, they were referring this to a costume that you cant take off. We also talked over that later in the chapter that Dally came by to see Ponyboy and Johnny to give them a letter. Then, Dally told them that Cherry was a spy.

End of Class (Quick Write Essay Introductions)

After our conversation about the fifth chapter, we all started writing our Essay introduction quick write. We finished packing up, the bell rang, and I was free from blogging today's blog.
