Blog Time
We all settled into our seats and I THOUGHT I was safe. I wasn't. I never was. I THOUGHT Caidyn was a real friend. I THOUGHT she cared about me; that was up until she put my name into the wheel THREE times. I've never felt betrayal like that before.
After Caidyn picked me for the blog Ms. Nakada corrected her blog. We then started Create-ober: Ezra shared his brainrot word of the day, which was phonk, Sadie shared her cartoon which was Bluey, and Ethan shared his cars. We then listened to this week's song, "Fast Car" by Tracy Chapman. Ms. Nakada explained how this song was about relationships and change over time and how it relates to Ponyboy and The Outsiders. Truman and Ezra shared some of their favorite lines.
Ms. Nakada then explained why it is important that we should we able to recognize how a movie departs from the book. We started the movie from where the group leaves the movies and Cherry asks Ponyboy about Darry and when Bob and Randy show up.
The bell rings and Ms. Nakada tells us the best strategy for the PSATs. We all pack up and head out.
