start of class:
We all walked into the room and started writing down our agendas or writing our novels. Once Ryan was ready to read his second blog we all got semi quiet and listened to him. When he finished he did the wheel and put Alyssa on the wheel 4 times and Grace, Tali, and I were only put on once but I still got chosen. Grace was telling me that she had some writing to do and that I should not pick her. I packed up my things and headed over to the blogger's table wondering who I should be picked next for the blogger.
It was time to do our 10 minute session of novel writing and everyone started typing. Once we finished we congratulated Alyssa for reaching 100%. Ms. Nakada wanted us to write down our favorite line we had written in our novels, then, Ethan blurted out that we had not done the quote or question.
Ms. Nakada asked what percent of students have violated the phone policy and everyone started talking about the phone policy and it quickly escalated, but barley got back on task and wrote our quote of the week. The topic of putting your phones away in your backpack started again and Nason wanted to "spit" some facts out but I wasn't able to catch them but it was related to suicide.
End of class:
We have about 4 minutes left of class and the same topic is still being discussed, Ms. Bell visited our class and Ms. Nakada was pretty happy to see her. This blog was pretty easy because I didn't have to write down everything we did but everyone just talked for most of the period. The bell rang and I would like to do the wheel with Grace 10 times, Alyssa 15 times, and Sadie 12 times. Everyone got up to pack up and then the bell rang.
