I walked into class unaware of what would happen today, particularly getting picked for the blog. When I sat down I was reminded about by Jacob. Solomon and Jesse were both trying to convince Jacob that I had already went. After the long negotiation it failed. Jacob went up read his blog and sat down ultimately leading to the question from Ms. Nakada "Who are you going to be picking for the blog today?"

"I think I'll pick Jaxon." Jacob said while giving me a grin. I went up however Solomon would not let go. "Jaxon already went!" Solomon said.

"Solomon deleted my blog." I added, unfortunately the excuses wouldn't make it any better so I went up and started on my blog. Shortly after Ms. Nakada told us to get into our literature circle groups. I moved to my the desk where Jacob and Blace were sitting as they teased me about the blog I had do. I shook it off and reminded Blace that I would probably pick him tomorrow. I still needed the question from yesterday's lit circle however Jacob hadn't thought of anything new. It was the same old stupid question "Why is Rashad in the hospital?" which was stupid because the book described what put him in the hospital with lots and lots of detail. I wasn't able to read because I was behind on the blog however I had read a bit extra.

The reading session ended, and Jacob rambled on about how he shouldn't be making the question, although previously saying, "Well you do know I'm him with Questions." Finally, Jacob came up with a question (that wasn't half bad) and Blace told us to read up to page 70.

Ms. Nakada signaled us to go back to our seats and passed out papers for the quick write. She explained the prompt for the quick write as it was a compare and contrast between "Hanging Fire" and Inside Out and Back Again. We had both today and tomorrow to work on the Quickwrite, however at the moment I did not have a single idea on how compare and contrast.

The day came to a close and some were close to done while others were nowhere near finishing, like me. The End.
