reader's workshop
People started to settle in class while they took their binder reminders out to write down the agenda. After that, Ms. Nakada played our take a minute video. Then, Grace and Caoimhe started to read their blog and chose to do a wheel. They put Nuala's name five times and Nason zero times. When Ms. Nakada spun the wheel my name got chosen.
Question: How challenging is it to follow the Golden Rule?
Ms. Nakada told us to share with our partners what our answers were. Then we discussed it as a class and some people said that it's sometimes hard to follow the Golden Rule or forget about the Golden Rule when people are treating you badly. After the question Ms. Nakada told us that it is now reader's workshop and she will be checking our reading journals. We read for a few minutes and then the bell rang and we headed to fourth period.
